Karen is a graduate of the SBA 2019 Emerging Leaders Initiative. This intensive executive-level series serves to accelerate the growth of high potential small businesses in America’s emerging markets.
Karen began her career in 1989 in sales for a regional expedited carrier in Pennsylvania. She progressed in her TL and LTL career for regional carriers throughout the Northeast where she stayed for several years. After taking time off to raise her girls, she opened TMT Logistics in 1999. Her background and expertise in sales provided a natural stepping stone for this new opportunity.

Mark started his transportation career in 1978 as a rate clerk and dispatcher for an air freight company in PA. From there his career moved him to IL and then Wisconsin working in logistics for a transportation broker. After a 3 year stint in the Midwest, Mark was hired by a Minnesota truckload carrier and moved back to Pennsylvania to sell truckload freight for the next 20 years. Mark came aboard TMT Logistics in 2005 and they have expanded their services to include nationwide services in all forms of transportation.
