Focus on the Future WBENC 2021

As we kick off 2021, WBENC is focused on the future – specifically, ensuring a successful and sustainable future for our network. Our mission this year? To help ALL our constituents not only survive these uncertain times, but also grow and thrive. And that will be the overriding theme of our event programming this year.

We have been so inspired by the resiliency of our network this past year, and while we had hoped to gather in person in Denver for the Summit & Salute, it is simply not safe to do so with the current state of the COVID-19 pandemic. We also know that not all events translate well to a virtual environment. So in lieu of a traditional Summit & Salute, we are very excited to host a new, innovative virtual event series throughout the month of March in celebration of Women’s History Month. Join us!

Throughout the entire month of March, WBENC will be celebrating women’s history while bringing together our incredible network of women business owners and those who support them. Starting March 1, WBENC will bring daily content and resources, weekly educational webinars, inspirational stories, and important conversations, as well as two special celebratory events showcasing the strength and resilience of our community.

What Else to Expect in 2021

Throughout the many listening sessions and programs in 2020, we heard from you on what brings the most value and how we can best support you. We know you value timely and meaningful connections, resources, opportunities, and education. With that feedback in mind, we have so much to deliver in 2021, including:

  • A New WBENC.org Coming soon! We are launching a brand new wbenc.org to make it easier than ever to find programs, resources, and events throughout our network.

  • Educational Programs & Opportunities
We remain committed to supporting WBEs by providing innovative and supportive virtual programming. Many WBEs are currently enrolled in our WeTHRIVE and WBENC Executive Education Programs, currently in progress, and there is much more to come! Check www.wbenc.org for all the latest program opportunities, and be sure to subscribe to our opportunity emails.

  • Resources & Support
We will continue to provide resources to support our network through the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond. The new WBENC.org will include additional features to find and filter articles, podcasts, videos, interviews, and more resources from throughout our network.

Stay tuned for more, including our plans for June and other exciting programs and opportunities for WBEs and Corporate Members alike.
